Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Shakad account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. There is no recovery period once it completes.
From the mobile app
Open the Shakad app and go to Settings → Delete account, then confirm. Your profiles, contact cards, saved contacts, and analytics are removed straight away.
From the web portal
Sign in to the Shakad portal and open Account → Delete account. Confirm the prompt to erase your account and all associated data.
By email request
If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We will verify your identity and delete your account and data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deletion removes your profile and contact-card details, saved contacts, storefront and analytics data, and your login credentials. A limited record may be kept only where the law requires it, for example billing and tax records, as described in our privacy policy. Everything else is permanently erased or anonymised.
