Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Shakad. Read them alongside our privacy policy. Questions? Email [email protected].
Agreement
These terms form a binding agreement between you and Wiselead Solutions (“we”, “us”) governing your use of Shakad. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you are using Shakad on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Shakad. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Shakad to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, distribute malware, scrape the service, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
Your content
You keep ownership of the profile, contact, and storefront content you add. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, display, and share that content to operate the service on your behalf. You are responsible for the content you publish.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider. Plan changes take effect per the terms shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We’ll give notice before any change to pricing.
Availability
We work to keep Shakad available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or where required by law. On termination you can export your data before it is deleted in line with our privacy policy.
Liability
Shakad is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
